By accessing or using XEH's services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
XEH provides free Minecraft server hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You agree to use XEH's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. Specifically:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your server and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
XEH respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Do not use our services to infringe upon others' intellectual property rights.
XEH provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this User Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We may modify this User Agreement at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of XEH after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Violation of this User Agreement may result in the immediate suspension of your account. XEH reserves the right to take appropriate action against users who violate these terms, including but not limited to account termination and legal action if necessary.
You are responsible for any development of nuclear weapons, material or uranium production on your XEH server. If you allow a terrorist organization to use your server and they use it for one of those activities, it is entirely your responsibility.
